Who's the worst Muppet character in history (GAME)

A very similar idea to @Old Thunder but instead of Muppet central fourms favourite character in Muppet history. I want you to vote on your least favourite character.

Like the muppet madness game they can be any character from any Henson project including the Muppets, Sesame Street, Fraggle rock ect. And once again there can only be 64 characters to face off with one and other to crown: THE WORST CHARACTER IN MUPPET HISTORY.
