I'd really have to agree with everyone, the Labyrinth robot is the biggest. Though, the bossmen would probably come in second place. Although, there must be a shout out for Thog.

That made me giggle...

The biggest Jim Henson Creature shop "puppet"...what about the original Jabba the Hutt that was used in the Return of the Jedi? It took like 10 guys to operate him...
