No. If it was where are his horns?
Some Muppet monsters have different looks all the time, Big Mama and Behemoth were both seen sometimes with or without eyebrows.

I think it might be Cigar Box Frackle. Definitely not Big V in my view.
Ummm, Cigar Box Frackle IS Gonzo. Well before he got the name Gonzo and personal of Gonzo, but it was the same puppet before Gonzo's look changed. So I really don't think it's him.

I'm sure it's Big V. At least some sort of Muppet monster.

Also a little off top here, but sorry about that link, I should of used the smaller one. Don't know what I was thinking. Sorry about that.

I had no idea who that was supposed to be. But there are a bunch of Muppets that would be hard to recognize, especially when it's drawn like that. However, I was watching a dvd that I just got this weekend with some Muppet Sketches from the Ed Sullivan Show. And as soon as I saw that Monster eat Kermit, I immediately thought of the guy from the logo. I'm unfamiliar with a lot of the names, but I guess he is Big V. Even on the cover of the dvd, he looks exactly like the monster in the logo.

Gorgon Heap, who looks similar to Big V, was often seen without horns, as well as with horns. Also, Big V has made a small number of appearances with a smaller nose.
