Who played Floyd's actual bass guitar?

Hi

Can anyone help with a question that's been bugging my husband Nick for ages? He's a bass player and wants to know which musician played played bass for Floyd on the Muppet Show in the 1970's. He thinks it was a member of Jack Parnell's band... any ideas?
