Who performed Warren Wolf?

Does anybody know who performed Warren Wolf? Also, does anybody know if Warren Wolf was a regular character or just a one-shot character, appearing only in the sketch where he interviewed Dr. Nobel Price?

don't know who performed him and that segment you referred to was the only time I recall seeing him.
