At the begining of Sing, Hoot & Howl, there is a dog who says that he is a watch dog (because he sells watches). However, I can't tell who his performer is. Does anybody know who performed him?
I looked at the credits and saw a number of performers whose voices I wouldn't recognize, such as Rick Lyon and Jim Martin. However, back then the performers credits in Sesame Street videos were all equal, and not seperated by who performed in new footage and who didn't (many recent videos, like What's the Name of That Song? and A Celebration of Me, Grover, give seperate credit listings for performers of classic sketches).
