Who Owns The Great Santa Clause Switch?

I was just curious. Does the Muppets Holding Company still own the tv special, "The Great Santa Clause Switch", or does Ed Sullivan Productions own it. I'm asking because I think that is one of the many Muppet christmas specials that I think needs to be released onto DVD. I'm hoping that the Sullivan group owns it since they can do a better job at bringing it out than Disney. I already have the speical, but it is in very rough quality.

It was owned by Ed Sullivan's company.Whether the rights have since been sold I dont know.
