Who is the really deep basso voice??? I hear it and I cant tell who it is, do you know who the performer or Muppet is?? it might be Lips...

What's the line?

The only "singer" that I can think of off-hand who has a very deep voice is Rowlf when he sings the line "Oh there are bugs and there are lice."
