I don't know why he's on your Captain Crunch, but it's a cartoon show done in the same art style as the Fairly Odd parents, about a teen who's parents are some sort of paranormal scientists, and he went through some invention of their and became part phantom. Or something. He can do cool stuff now.

Yea... and he fights ghosts but IS part ghost. Very stupid if you ask me.
