Red is obviously in love with Gobo.
Because they are both good leaders
and they know pretty much everything
about the Fraggle cave. I mean... think
about it! The only two male Fraggles left
are Wembley and Boober. Wembley is
practically scared of ANYTHING! And
Boober is afraid of germs and loves
laundry!!
So... It is obviously Gobo.

I always kind of assummed she had a thing for Gobo too. Although I never really got the feeling the feelings were returned.

Gobo gave Red a birthday kiss once...
I think that Red has a crush on Gobo, and that's why she's always competing with him. But I also think that Gobo likes Mokey, and Mokey and Boober like eachother, and Wembley just wants everyone to be happy and kinda wishes there wasn't so much tension between Red and Gobo. I really love the idea of Gobo and Red as a couple.
