What I don't get is how the heck can you be thinking about SESAME STREET at your high school prom, of all places, much less crying about it?

I'm a HUGE SESAME STREET fan, but bringing this kind of subject in the midst of several hot chicks would be potential social suicide.

I'm just glad that things didn't turn out for the worse!

Well, it looks like Unpaved sure is gone. And I do see your point. The teacher told me that the prom may not be the best place where people will want to talk about Sesame Street. It's a time when people are acting very grown-up. That is, they don't wanna think about when they were kids.

So, Maybe Unpaved is gone, but you would be surprised how many old clips I saw this morning. The 123 Sesame Street show from Season 31 I just saw had this old clip you may remember that I don't think has ever been on Noggin. I would call it "I heard a BARK." And Plaza Sesamo still has old clips on it, so maybe all is not lost.

I was told that at the Henson Mansion, the place where Jim Henson lived when he was alive, they have like a big book case of like every video that had Muppets. I don't think you can view them, it's just to show how Much stuff the muppets were in. See, I think even if there were a DVD collection of every SS episode ever made, would you even have room for it in your house?

So anyway, these girls were trying to cheer me up, and they did a little bit, but they can't really, because they're not fans of the show like we are. It's like maybe they like it, but they don't know much about it. But Plaza Sesamo is a very good source for old clips. When I saw "Rebel L" on there a few weeks ago, I was quite shocked. I never thought I would ever see that one again. Do you even remember that one? I think they like that stuff down there.

If history is any indication, then since it was Mother's Day, Noggin would have skipped its chronological presentation and had inserted the episode from 1989 where Maria gives birth to Gabi.

Of course, I can't confirm this, but this is what they did last year.
Once, in May 2001, Noggin did show #2615 (the episode where Gabi is born) before #2485 (Maria and Luis' wedding). But that was after Mother's Day, if I remember correctly (I think it was May 21).

Anybody know why they did that?
