Which Lips is the standard Lips? Is it the white shirted or the brown shirted one? Also, do you know where I can get a set of series 9, aside from ebay?

Yes the white shirt version of Lips is the signature version. Also, i believe you can still get Series 9 (set of 4) from Clarktoys.com for $69.95.
