Where's Kermit?

Chapter nine

"Here's a Muppet new flash. Kermit the frog is alive after been gone for two years. He's having a little memory loss, but his memory is slowly returnig. And he's now home with The muppets." The news man said.

It was a new day and The muppets had already been on the hospital to pick up Kermit. Everyone was happy now. Kermit was home at The boarding house and was resting on his room.

"I'm so glad that Kermit is home again" Fozzie said. "Yeah me too" Gonzo said. "But it's going to be hard to help him with his memory" Fozzie said. "I don't think that" Scooter said. "Why?" Fozzie asked and looked at him. "The doctor told us that he remember us in a way, but he's trying. And he told us that we had show him pictures" Scooter told them

Miss Piggy was on her room and looked at photo of her and Kermit. The others had refused her to talk to Kermit because they was afraid that she told him about theirs relationship. Piggy couldn't take it anymore she ran out of her room and stopped outside of Kermit's room. She looked at the door and just walked inside and Kermit was awake. "Okay listen frog I now yo don't remember us, but try to remember" Piggy said. Kermit looked confused at her. "What do you mean about us?" Kermit asked. Piggy closed the door and walked closer to him. "We used to be in a relationship before you disapeared." Piggy told him. "We did?" Kermit asked. "Yes, we've been together for over forty years" Piggy said. "That's a very long time" Kermit said. "I know" Piggy said and gave photo of them. "Is this us?" Kermit asked. "Yeah it is" Piggy smiled " And we were happy together" "I belive you. I can see it in your smile that you are telling me the truth" Kermit smiled. Piggy gasped and smiled to him "Oh Kermie, you do?" She asked. "Yeah, but now I have to remember this" Kermit said and looked at the photo of them again. "Take your time" Piggy said and gave him a quick kiss on his lips. "I be in my room if you need me" Piggy said and winked to him.

Piggy walked out of his room and closed his door. "Piggy" a voice said. Piggy turned around and saw Scooter and Fozzie. "What?" She asked and rolled her eyes. "We told you to not talk to Kermit" Scooter said. "How did you know I was there?" Piggy asked. "We could hear from down stairs and me and Fozzie saw you walked out of his room" Scooter said and crossed his arms. "I just talked to him. Take it easy" Piggy said. "To tell you used to be a couple? He have to remember the most important things first" Fozzie told her. "Yes I told him, and he belived me" Piggy said. "He did?" Scooter asked. "Yes" Piggy said and walked in on her room and closed the door. Scooter looked at Fozzie "Do you think he?" Scooter asked. "I don't know" Fozzie said and shrugged.

The final chapter

The next morning The muppet were eating breakfast at the kitchen. But one of the muppets wasn't eating with them. "When do you think Kermit is coming to eat?" Walter asked and looked at Kermit's empty seat. "I don't know, when he wakes up" Scooter said. "Give him time" Piggy said and smiled. "Why are you eating with us?" Fozzie and looked at her. "What kind of question is that?" Piggy asked and gave him a angry look. "Well you haven't been eating with us for two years" Fozzie said. "I'm hungry" Piggy said. "Everyone be quiet Kermit is here" Scooter said and looked at Kermit who was standing in the hallway in the kitchen.

Kermit walked over to the others and looked at them. "Hi ho guys" Kermit said and sat down on his chairs. Suddenly Fozzie spitted out his milk when he heard Kermit said those words. Everybody was looking at the frog now. "Fozzie please wipe away the milk" Kermit said. "K-kermit do you r-remember?" Scooter asked. "Yes" Kermit smiled. "How?" Walter asked. "Piggy helped me" Kermit said and looked over at Piggy. "Yes I stayed up with Kermie tonight and helped him. I showed him pictures of you guys and he remembered it" Piggy said. "Oh Kermit I can't belive that you are really back" Fozzie said and ran over to Kermit and hugged him. "Me too, Fozzie" Kermit said. "So Kermit what you want to do today?" Scooter asked. "What if everyone goes outside and enjoy this beatiful day" Kermit said. "We can't do that" Walter said. "Why?" Kermit said and looked confused at Walter. "Well when the media found out you was alive they have been outside our house everyday now" Walter said. "Oh okay let's go out to them" Kermit said and walked over to the frontdoor. "Wait Kermit are you sure?" Scooter asked. "Of course he's sure" Piggy said and walked over to Kermit and took his hand.

Kermit and Piggy walked out hand in hand and faced the media together. "Everybody I have my memory back" Kermit said and kissed Piggy gently on the lips.
