I was watching the pilot for JHH ("See, see, what you can do on TV." I have that song stuck in my head) and during the second part they showed a clip of real Muppet Babies in a day care center (?) watching themselves, they look at you then back at the TV. Where is this from?

This is probably "Inner Tube".
It isn't. I have both parts of the JHH pilot (Inner Tube and Pitch Tape) and it is not in Inner Tube. I am guessing it's from one of the Playhouse videos.

It's from the Muppet Music Video "I'm Gonna Always Love You." It's all Muppet Babies, and was for promotion for MTM. It was shown on The Merv Griffin Show, MTV, And HBO During the time of the film's release.
