Where is the pilot on Muppet Show 1 DVD?

Hi, I just got the season 1 DVD and it says it has the Jim Hensen pitch that he used to sell the show on it, but I cannot find it - does anyone know what DVD its on or how to find it?

The pilot, the pitch reel and the season 1 promo gag reel are all on disc 4, under the bonus features menu.

For future reference (and I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or anything ) you could always check the paper insert that came with the set. It tells you what's on each disc.
