Right now, definately NOT outdoors!

Right now, here in Utah, we have a blizzard barelling down on us and temperatures are dropping rapidly! I thing today I would like to be on a cruise in the carribean, complete with saphire blue waters and pure white sand beaches! What was that? You say hurricane Katrina wiped all that out? Well, in that case take me to San Diego, CA. where I spent a year of my childhood at my grandparents house. I still have friends from back then who still live there, even though G-ma and G-pa moved to Utah over 20 years ago. The house still stands, and my G-ma's rose garden (that was planted before I was born) is still there as well, along with a lemon tree and 2 orange trees! To see that place now and then brings back sweet nostalgia!

I spent more time at my grandmothers' (Oma) then at my own house I think. They lived on a dairy farm...complete with the big barn w/ hayloft, hay wagon rides, the attic in her house where we'd play with Dad's old toys, the big cherry tree outside with the tire swing....
Love it, miss it.
Would love to be there.
