Where can I find this Muppet Babies story?

I remember really enjoying this one Muppet Babies short story we printed off the computer when I was a kid. It was Mother's Day themed and the plot was centered around the other Muppet babies trying to find Animal's mom.

The reason the story stood out in my memory so much is because during the scene where they are searching for possible mothers for Animal, one of the creatures they came across was one that I always really liked. She was this big pink fluffy Snowth looking thing with a long nose, for some weird reason I remember loving that character design very much and thinking it was one of the coolest things way back when. I had actually forgotten about this story for a few years until I was in 5th Grade, was playing a Mario game, and saw my first Birdo. Instantly the Birdos reminded me of this Muppet creature.

Ever since then, I've been looking for this story but with no luck. Could someone please help me find it?.
