Chapter eight-What is going on?
Jazzy dialed Piggy's number and put it on speaker phone.
The phone hung up and the gang sighed.
"Buddy," Fozzie said. "What?" Kermit asked. "What are we going to do about the show?" the bear asked. "I don't know," the frog replied, "Piggy?" "She's just fine," the bear replied. "I miss her," the frog said, "I know hasn't been long, but I just miss her." "We all do," the bear said. Kermit sighed and walked out of his office.
A few hours later...
The house was quiet and peaceful. Not the good kind. The door flew open and a female friend walked in. Piggy. "Piggy, you're back," Jazzy said, "How? What happened?" "I was fired," Piggy replied. "Why?" Kermit asked. "Apparently, defending myself live is an disgrace to the state of California," she replied. "That's my girl," the frog said.
Kermit hugged her and slid the ring back on her left finger. "So, what'cha doing?" he asked. "Don't know," she replied.
