Harvey Kneeslapper was a very funny character.
As far as I seem to recall the jokes he played that didn't backfire were the ones which resulted in a letter or a number being slapped upon someone's shirt or head. But all other jokes went wrong for him. If anyone knows of any exceptions to this norm please share them with me.

it's so funny but he wasn't good for kids seriously...I used to play those pranks on my mom and boy would she get mad at me lol heheh :big_grin:
