A good one is TMS episode where Gonzo does his hypnotizing act with a 5000 pound weight. After introducing the act, he turns sharply to the audience and says;

"Who will be the first lucky volunteer?"

After seeing three seasonsof Fraggle rock, in the episode, "Sprocket's Big Advenure" Boober said, "Doozer stick stewwwwwww!" That was hilarious! Does anybody agree with me or what?

I like it when Wembley is sobbing to Cotterpin in A Tune for Two:

"I did something that I was supposed to do, but that I didn't wanna do, but I knew I had to do, and now I don't know what to doooo!!!!"

"Well, don't worry, I know just how to help you."

"You dooooo?"

It's way funnier hearing Steve say it, though.
