we, some friends get a movie and come together, and really enjoy a lot… I wonder what is your favourite movie? What is your suggestion? To start, mine is THE MAN WITH THE IRON MASK, has anyone seen it? By the way, see this link , it is a free shipping movie site...http://www.harunyahya.com/m_video_index.php

Mine is probably "Man on the Moon" the story of Andt Kaufman starring Jim Carey.

Andy Kaufman once guest starred on Miss Piggy's show dont you know? Well..not exactly. Prize to anybody who can tell me why

Tony Clifton,not Andy,was on the show,right?

I have more than one all-time favorite movie.Mine are:

-The Godfather 1 & 2
-Long Days Journey Into Night(original)
-Casablanca
-Some Like It Hot
-The Rocky Horror Picture Show
-It's a Mad,Mad,Mad,Mad World
-Freaks
-Singing in the Rain
-Jaws

My favorite movies,to me,make me: learn,think,laugh,cry,smile...& I could watch them again and again and never get tired of them.

I could go on and on,but I've stated my fav. movies in a couple other threads at MC.So...

The English Patient, a squeakingly close second.

<looking at penguin>

I'd like to thank Mr. Humbug & Tony Clifton, who made this award, erm, penguin possible. :: Diana and penguin bow to each other, and penguin leaves post :: .

I'm truly hooked on so many films, especially Spielberg,Nichols,Stone,QT; indie & classics. I would love to be either: a film historian, film critic or film screenwriter.

Mine's definetly gotta be K-Pax. I love Kevin Spacey! He brings so much feeling into his characters! Second is The Princess Bride.

Well film critic is easy. Just start writing reviews and sending them out to places like dvdtimes.co.uk and zetaminor.com Works for me

Thanks for the advice Mr. Humbug. Do you mean you do film critiquing yourself?
