I am the Walrus is my favorite... if anything for the Yellow Matter Custard Dripping from a dead dog's eye bit. I hear that's Matt Groening's favorite lyric.

My favorite band.... kinda hard to choose a favorite, but it's "Day Tripper", hands down. Love the riff.

Some others:
"Ticket to Ride" - once my favorite song, replacing even "Day Tripper" for a while
"Because" - a beautiful, yet hauntingly mysterious track
"Revolution 9" - longest of the long, weirdest of the weird, hated by many, loved by me
"Sun King" - Short but sweet, and very underrated
"Maxwell's Silver Hammer" - sort of like something from a horror movie, in which the bad guy is the hero

This is like trying to pick one Sesame skit. I can narrow it down to five, with a little effort:

1. A Hard Day's Night
2. Bad Boy
3. Fixing A Hole
4. It's All Too Much
5. You Know My .Name (Look Up the Number)

"Sun King" was inspired by Fleetwood Mac's "Albatross". During the Get Back/Let it Be sessions, The Beatles recorded some neat versions of current hits. Even with the Anthology series and a ton of bootlegs, there's still a crap load of unreleased gems (some garbage) from these sessions.
