As for the SSE, Cookie's Sister will stay there, but will have an annotation in her fact-tag: 'Also referred to as 'Cousin Monster''.

I believe the same thing, I mean, they just simply used the same puppet that has happened before, for instance, Beutifal Day Monster on Sesame Street was known for many names, same design. Many characters (especially background) have multiple rolls like Maurice Monster and Harvey Monster where they could have various names of the same design they were given.

Maybe Cousin and Sister Monsters just look alot alike? They are family after all.
