What Year Was This?

One of my favorite classic Sesame Street sketches in a musical bit about recycling called "Once is Not Enough" featuring an anything muppet family; I know Marty Robinson was the dad, but I'm not 100% sure who the mom or the daughter were.

Anyway, does anyone know what year this sketch was made?
