But where is the man with the dream.
The man with the vision.
The man named Jim Henson.

He is gone, lost, never to come home.
And the world still weeps at his passing.
But through the Muppets, and us,
He will forever live on in our hearts.

The Great Gonzo~By Ryan

Gonzo the great is not in this state.
State of mind that is.
He always has fun when he goes on a date.
For his fair maiden Camilla is always by his side.
She's a prime cut of poultry.
Who gives Gonzo a ride.

He's weird, he's insane.
His nose is long and blue.
And he enjoys pain.
Never a dull moment.
When Gonzo is there.
He draws attention,
And makes everyone stare.

Primarily, I'm a songwriter. But, here are a few older poems that I did just for the heck of it.

An Ode to Sprinkles.

What are small, yummy, and thinny?
Sprinkles: toppings, aka jimmies.
You put them on the iced creams,
the banana splits,
and the icy cold desserts.
But dont get them in your eyes,
that would really hurt.

Haha, I love sprinkles, and that poem made me smile. But I'm not so crazy about jimmies, because in my mind, there is a difference. Does anyone else think that?
