Two awsome picks for a movie and a TV show. Great pick JJ! *high five* But i do have a little upset on the Magilla DVD that wasn't included was the opening for all the shorts but i guess it's still awsome to have them all on DVD.
Yeah I don't understand what's that about. I mean it's NOT like they couldn't get the rights to that song, since they OWN the rights to that song. I guess they figured they should release it the way people see it on Boomerang or something,.

Still at the price I paid for this set of only $7.99, it's still totally worth it.

Not cause of me, mind you, I take excellent care of my DVDs. Members of my family have watched it and didn't take very good care of it. Than they wonder why I get mad at them,, but I won't get too much into that.
I hate that! My dad and sister are the same way! I have a few DVDs that have fingerprints and smudges from my dad handling them!

The last few DVDs I bought were:

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs 2 disc DVD set
Got this one cause I missed out on getting it the first time around it came out back in 2001, plus, it's a Disney classic!

Loved this movie in the theatre!

Night at the Museum Battle of the Smithsonian 2 Disc Monkey Mischief
One of the few sequels that I actually liked! Got the 2 disc cause I got to go for as much bonus features as possible! lol

101 Dalmatians 2 Disc Platinum Edition
Needed to replace my copy from 2 years ago when It first came out. Got it now before it went back in the vault.

The Jungle Book 2 Disc Platinum Edition
Same situation with 101 Dalmatians

The next one I'm planning on getting is probably Dumbo the 2 Disc set when it comes out.

I bought Peanuts 1970s Collection Vol. 1, because I bought the 1960s set. And I am glad to finally own a copy of It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown (I skipped the single-disc releases.... I almost bought a copy last year, but for some reason it was hard to find, even during the easter season).

I just got Spaceballs on Blu-ray because Meijer was trying to get rid of 'em (only ten bucks!). Even though we don't have a Blu-ray player I figured it would be good to get it now and on sale as opposed to later and at full price.

I also got Futurama: Into the Wild Green Yonder because I like Futurama and it was the only one of the movies that they had.

Zombieland the 2-disc Nut Up or Shut Up Edition

I missed seeing this one in the theatres. I saw it "elsewhere" and loved it!

The Surrogates... not a great flick.

But I actually worked a few days on the set, so it was my way of giving back to a production that gave me some extra cash.

Let's see, since the last time I've posted here I got...

Disney's Brother Bear: two disc special edition-Because as I've mention I want to (for one reason or other) get all the Walt Disney Animation studies movies all (soon to be) 49 of them, even the not so great ones. Wal-Mart had it at only ten bucks,.

Disney's Treasure Plant-Same reason as Brother Bear, got them both on the same day.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (02 series): Season one, part one-Because I've been wanting to add at least a little bit of the newer TMNT series to my collection. It's a two disc set with the first 12 episodes, no extra features though. Good episodes.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (80s): season 7, part three the Donatello slice-Because it's the last one I needed for the four part season 7 DVD set. As the other three it come with a mini TMNT figure of the respective turtle. It's not hard to tell I love TMNT.

Disney's the Rescurers Down Under-I was able to score it real cheap, great movie.

DisneyNature's Earth-Because I found it at a pretty good price and figure why not, I've heard a few good things about this movie.

Pale Force-For anyone that doesn't know it's a cartoon that mostly created by Jim Gaffigan. It stars Jim Gaffigan and Conan O' Brien (actually Gaffigan doing his voice) as a team of crime fighting pale skin super heroes. It's just so funny, when I saw the DVD, I had to get it and I'm happy I did, man it's too funny,.

Plus I bought a DVD off ebay, but I won't mention that one til it comes in.

Another one that I missed in theatres. Saw it, and actually liked it! Bought the DVD at walmart the other day.

Well I bought a few DVDs off ebay but I'll mention them when I got all of them. But here's what I bought from retail stores (mostly used).

Tom and Jerry: The Spotlight collection Volume 1- Because I'm a fan of animation, as it's easy to see and wanted some classic Tom and Jerry, I'm especially a fan of "Golden age animation." I bought this brand new from Target, so it doesn't have that "edited" problem as many fans complained about, rightfully so in my opinion. I don't think when a DVD set is supposed to be the "collection" it should have edited cartoons. Love the documentary talking about Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera came up with Tom and Jerry.

Tom and Jerry: The Spotlight collection volume 3-Found it used in great condition for only ten bucks. Again great cartoons with pretty decent bonus features.
