Hey another puppetbuilder from the Netherlands. Pino is the Dutch Big Bird btw. or his cousin or whatever. Anyway  Most people here probably won't give out paterns. But is it really that hard then to come up with your own design?

Is Sesame Planet yours btw? I recommend that people go there if they want to know more about the Dutch Sesame Street. I always point people into that direction whenever I discuss it.

All I can think of is Frank and Stein. You know? The Two-Headed Monster. But I don't think that's dark purple actually.

But what I meant was, can't you come up with your own idea? Well anyway if you have problems communicating in English feel free to send me an email in Dutch.

Dark purple fur

Depending on your definition of dark, perhaps your fabric is in the right color range to make Telly monster. Another idea would be to make an "anything" monster with it. I don't have exact patterns, but Telly has a similar construction to Cookie Monster, and the anything monsters are the "background" character monsters you see in various versions of Sesame Street.

Hope this helps,

Jason

If you used it to make the original Cookie for yourself, why not make Cookie's baby sister? She's a cutie! Maybe a Grover?

My definition of dark is that when the sun shines on it it looks deep purple, when not Its black! So a black muppet isn´t done yet right? I only know very colourfull creations

deep purple fur

Yeah, I don't know of any that dark either. I've seen some generic monster muppets that use a blue fur like that, but I don't know the character names. Perhaps this would be a springboard for your own creation. Sorry I couldn't help more.
