What show does this Mickey cel come from?

Are there any Disney Fanatics here who can please tell me what show/special does this Mickey and Newsreader cel come from?

Could be House Of Mouse but I could just be flat out be wrong...

The yellow gloves and younger stature of the Mouse throw me off a bit. It could be a scene from some past program shown at one of the parks. Wish I could help more.

It looks very early 90's Mickey to me, maybe it was a short for Disney channel

Just found out from a simular cel, that it came from "The Mickey Mouse Club".
Now to narrow it down, as the TV show ran from 1955 to 1996.

There were three different versions of MMC. Judging by the style, this looks very much like it would have been from the 1989-1996 revival.

The first show was from 1955-1960 on ABC. The second one was from 1977 to 1979 in snydication. The last was from 1989 to 1996 on the Disney Channel. More info here:
