There are musicals are that we love and hate. However, what musicals are considered overrated or underrated?

Overrated:West Side Story (It's good but not one of the best), Singing in the Rain (same as West Side Story)
Underrated: Throughly Modern Millie (with Julie Andrews is very fun, but unknown), Jesus Christ Superstar is one of my absolute favorites, but a lot of people don't appreciate it....
