What Muppet film / TV Show is this?

I remember seeing a Muppet TV Show a year or so ago. It was about an evil lady that is going to take over the Muppet theater if Kerit and the gang can't come up with the money owed by a certain time. Pepe is in it and falls in love with the evil lady. Does this movie/TV show have a name and is it for sale?

Oh, you're thinking of "It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie." That one aired on NBC a few years back. It's available on DVD, so you might want to check your local video store. It's really a good one.
