Okay, so I was watching Cartoon Network to see the new "Ed, Edd n Eddy's Boo-Haw-Haw", (which BTW sucked, despite the fact I'm a huge EEE fan), when suddenly, during the commercials, they were advertising tattooing and body piercing! How can they get away with commercials like that on a kiddie channel?

I wouldn't exactly call the Cartoon Network a "kiddie channel," especially at night.

Seeing as I don't watch Cartoon Network, I'd have to tune in throughout the evening to see what kinds of ads they generally use. I know for a fact that Nick-at-Nite NEVER shows anything even remotely questionable during its commercial breaks. However, if you look at a channel like, say, E!, you'll not only get the local adult shop ads [piercing, videos, etc] but the REALLY suggestive adult "chat" lines (though they show the less-trashy versions of those ads on network tv).

Then again, kids USUALLY won't be up at 2AM watching TV like I do. :halo:
