But why must everything else be delegated to ABC Family?

Maybe it is 'cause ABC/Disney own the distribution rights, all thanks to something called copyright law, covered in red legal tape.

I'm a little ticked that a Year without a Santa Claus hasn't been re-run on ABC yet. I would love to see it because I don't have cable.
