What is "The Dr. Steel Show"?

I was on Wikipedia (not Muppet Wiki) and under the page for Jim, down under pop culture references it said:

Dr. Steel's: "The Dr. Steel Show" is directly inflenced by 'The Muppet Show' theme.
Note "influenced" is misspelled.

Wiki has no link or info on them, Muppet Wiki had nothing, and a Google search revealed nothing helpful. Seems like something we should know about. Any ideas?
