What has happened to Miss Piggy's ears?

Hi everyone,

I know Miss Piggy's appearance has evolved over the years but what has happened to her ears? They seem much too pointy like kangaroo or rabbit ears. I think the 1983 ears were best.

Anyone agree?

Everybody has been complaining about the way the characters look ever since Puppet Heap has started building them since Disney won't let JHC continue building them: Fozzie looks too teddy bear-ish, Gonzo's nose is too large for his head, Animal's head isn't shaped right, yadda-yadda-yadda. Not all puppets are going to look exactly 100% the same.

Wow I didn't know that. The appearance of the other puppets has never bothered me but Piggy's ears look so wrong!

Have fans discussed a period when they think the puppets looked their best?

We do have threads for this, actually; I believe both the Classic Muppets and the Sesame Muppets have a thread for this, I'd have to search for and dig 'em up to find 'em, lol.
