Shirley Bassey(It seems that that Bruno muppet was the bully in that episode.)

Miss Piggy IS in the James Coburn episode according to Kermitage.com

Fozzie's actually in the special opening credits of the Kaye Ballard episode where he told a joke about a really fat pig. He's also in the background of the song "Singing in the Rain" in the Gene Kelly episode, was in the UK spot and final number of the Loretta Swit episode, and the goodnights of the Judy Collins episode. As for Scooter, he's in the cold opening and goodnights of the following episodes:
