Rita Moreno (in Veterinarians Hospital, one or two backstage scenes, and At The Dance.... so basically every speaking role in that episode except for Conversation panel)
Harvey Korman (in Conversation Panel and Veterinarians Hospital)
Candace Bergan (in Conversation panel and last backstage scene)
Ben Vereen (in Veterinarians Hospital)

Richard Hunt performed Miss Piggy in most of her appearances in At The dance from the first season, but I can't remember every epsiode where she appeared in At The Dance. The only At The Dance skit from the first season where she was performed by Frank Oz was in the one where she danced with kermit, but I can't remember which episode that was.
