Crowbars and sandpaper usually works. If that doesn't work, use a baseball bat to take out their kneecaps, or try and get their jaw wired shut. I know a guy who knows a guy who can do it for $20. But you have to supply the materials. Dang government, making people bring their own materials to have somebody else beat up another guy for revenge.

You could try being nice. Bullies tend to hate when pepole are nice to them. At least, thats what my "wise" dad always says. Or you can track THEM down and make their life a living heck! MUAHAHAHAHAHA! *evil grin*
