What are the Pros and Cons of Latex Puppets?

ive been working on a second show idea for my puppet company... in order to book shows for repeat customers and off new and exciting characters and story lines...

and i thought of doing an exotic bird show...utilizing the AXTELL bird line of puppets...

i was just wondering if you guys have ever worked with the AXTELL stuff and what i might want to know before dropping 1400 on a troupe of puppets...

Hi,I boughte a puppet from them 2 years ago .I was so exited.I love their puppets ;the detail is amazing!There puppets can last a long time if you take care of them.The exspresions you can get are endless!

I think Axtell has information on their website about how to best care for their puppets if you do a search for it.

The most obvious "con" of a latex puppet is potential latex allergy.


I don't know what Axtell's puppets are actually cast from, but be sure to test yourself against latex allergy before you drop the cash!
