I finally was able to find a way to resize it to about 4.80 KB. I uploaded it a second ago for a test, and it works! The color/quality may suck since I had to resize, but it works now!

AW MAN! I cannot believe I didn't make note of it! Now I'm at a loss for trying to make a new animated avatar for Whoserville! I made it, but now I forgot how I resized them! Oh shoot!
