"Wet Paint" Video, when was it last on TV

Hey guys, i really love the "Wet Paint" music video clip, about a muppet who loves wet paint and sings a song about it. Do any of you know when it was last shown on TV? Can you name an episode or a feature in which they showed it or released it? Ive got the count it higher DVD but its not the full version of it. Any help you guys can give me would be great! thanks!
