If MTI was a license all on its own, there's no doubt we would see Lew Zealand as a pirate, even though he was basically wasted in MTI. Not "wasted" like "high," but wasted in the sense that Lew is a great character, and they could have at least given him some lines...a swordfish...have HIM be the one throwing the starfish...anyway.
