Hi everyone,

I just put this together at the request of a friend so I thought I would share it here as well, it's a foam wedge pattern in .pdf format:

Eight identical wedges cut from sheets of should make a perfect or near perfect sphere. You can create other shapes for puppet heads and bodies by varying the size and shape of the wedges (the "wedge method").
