Was this a Muppet book or rip-off? Help

Trying to remember the title of a children’s book from the 80s or 90s. Unsure if this was officially Muppets but the drawings resembled Muppet babies. The two characters were babies whose names were something like “Peanut Butter” and “Jelly.” I think it was about the tooth fairy. I’d appreciate any help.

no, the illustrations really looked like the Muppet Babies but wasn't any of the tv show characters
