Was Five Monsters in my Family ever shown on SS?

I never heard five monsters on the LP nor have I seen it on TV, but I do have a book from the 70's called "Five People In My Family" that has "Five Monsters In My Family" in the second half of it. It recites the poem/song.furryfella said:
