I tried searching for a file online, but couldn't find one. Just found out it would cost $900 to create one !!! :frown:

Just curious where you got that quote from. I'm assuming you had someone model the helmet for you to have printed?

The quote comes from a 3D modelling company here in Australia. It would actually cost more to do properly, as there is another process to add to it, called reverse engineering, which checks for defects or glitches in the scan. I didn't worry about using that one. The helmet that I scanned is from the Disney Parks Dearth Nadir action figure.
