Voices on "Plaza Sesamo"

Here's something I'm kind of curious about. I've noticed that when they show segments from American "Sesame Street" on "Plaza Sesamo" and dub them into Spanish, a lot of the voices sound really good. It makes me wonder if those are the actual Muppeters. For example, could it have been Henson's voice as Ernie and Kermit in Spanish? Did he actually translate the language for those segments from English to Spanish? Or were those Spanish speaking Mupateers who just do a real good job with the voices. Does anyone have any info on this?

None of the Muppeteers from the US dub the voices; the voice actors are very good at the dubs. In fact, I believe that a few of them became puppeteers for Plaza Sesamo in 2000 (when they added more characters).

Yeah. I didn't think it was the actual Muppateers, but they really do a heck of a good job at impersonating them.
