I was wondering who did these voiceovers for some of these cartoon and people skits, one I DO know:

The 'T' skits- I think it was Luis' voice but I'm not sure

Everybody sleeps-song

Big and Little- Two guys leading separate lives, one plays tuba, other plays a fiddle

That 12345678910 cartoon skit- Guess who did the voiceover for that?None other than Grace Slick of Jefferson Airplane fame! I knew the voice sounded familiar!

T skits: what are you referring to? The Everybody sleeps song was sung by Joe Raposo.

The film about a hand that can do so many things (except make a noise)
until it learns it takes two hands to clap was narrated by Skip Hinnant of Electric Company fame.

Gary Owens from Laugh-In shows up a lot

"Today's secret drawing will be a mailman/astronaut/letter M"
The Tale of King Minus

The T skit I'm referring to starts off with a llittle cartoon of two men pulling up a huge letter 'T'. This may be Luis' voice, as I said, but I'm not sure.

I think Gordon did the voiceovers for the capital/small letter segments that debuted in Season 18 (i think) and were used alot in Seasons 19-21...I'm not that sure...
