Just the one, Mr. Kevin?
Just call me Kev. "Mr." makes me feel old. That and these achy joints, and sore back muscles, and bad vision, and...

Just kiddin!

Anyhow, all scenes back in would be great. Just wish they could have happened. I only wanted it in there for the EM Band stuff.

The Snoop Dogg scene was cut due to pressure from religious and family groups. I hope the innuendos took the wind out of their sails. The press release saying the scene was cut said that it was for time, but it clearly wasn't. The press release also kept saying how "Thrilled and excited" they were to release the movie like 100 times.

I remember the big Snoop Dogg debate of 2002 back on the boards lead to quite a few message closings, and very angry feelings against one "holier than thou member" who only signed up to whine about Snoop being a degenerate. But then the guy has his own underprivilagted kid basketball team, so...whatever.

The scene wasn't on the DVD, because of the same reason they have cuts on the Muppet Show seasons 1 and MFC. they didn't feel like paying. Especially since it was probably a short sequence.

But if I recall the scene from a discription, Snoop and the EM were hanging out backstage. SNoop talks in his usual funky style, to which the burnt out Zoot replies, "that was the most sence anyone made for some time." or something like that. So, no. That is NOT the scene.

I don't remember why Snoop got cut out, but I'm relatively sure it wasn't because of Snoop's adult film line. It was in an interview with Craig Kilborn where Kermit was asked if Snoop was cut from the movie because of that, and that's when Kermit uttered his infamous "porn is fine" line that turned me off to Steve performing him at the time.
 When did Kermit ever say THAT!? Goodness...I hread some weridness with a current Jon Stewart show, but that is just plain out weird!

I never thought that Steve would have Kermit say something like that, but heck what do I know? There's supposedly some sort of distasteful SS video out there too.
