Vintage Bert Doll No Eyebrows

Hi All,
I found a really fun treasure today while out and about. I have what appears to be a very vintage Bert doll. He is wearing the typical Bert clothing ( green pants striped shirt and brown shoes) but his nose is longer and he has NO eyebrows. His ears also stick out and appear to be made of felt. His eyes are glued on. He is obviously very old and not handmade although there are no tags on him. I would love some information on him in regards to age and value. I can post pictures if needed. Thanks!
