Vicma puppets, Questor and other puppets

Hi i have a question.. where there more companys beside Vicma, Leli Ledy and Questor that made the sesame street puppets with the same line?
I know they also made them in Italy but what company did made them?
And what puppets where there made in Canada by whitch company.
Why did they made a count von count with hard pvc head and not in usa?
I hope someone can help me with these questions?

I know that Harbert released hand puppets in Italy. I have a boxed Harbert Ernie. There is a boxed Harbert Bert available online right now, too. My focus is Vicma, Lili Ledy, Harbert and anything else from non-USA releases I can find. :smile:
